MTB-6048 Clear Casting Epoxy Resin come in two parts: Eppxy Resin and Hardener. The two parts must be mixed in the precise ratio A:B=3:1 by weight. Imprecise measuring and mixing prevents the epoxy resin from solidifying or curing.

More and more frequently used in the crafting and hobby world. Casting Epoxy Resin is low odor, solvent free, non-toxicity, making them suitable for ventilated craft rooms and work areas.

 

MTB-6048 Clear Casting Epoxy Resin is easy to use, without too much technique, perfect for jewelry casting as it has a shallow setting depth, so it will cure quickly when used correctly. It's a great way to get started for a small batch of projects.

ORIGINAL PRODUCT FEATURE

* Our resin is self leveling, self degassing, no odor, nox-toxic and no fumes, non toxic, 100% solid, VOC free, sovlent free.

* Crystal clear, resistant to yellowing from UV exposure, long lasting.

* Easy mix 3:1 ratio, means no mistakes in your mixture.

*  Can be colored with dyes fillers,solid color pigments in liquid and metallic color pigments

** Works best if cast in sections 1/2"-1" thick per pour, that is 1-2cm per pour.

CURING EFFECTS

* Good transparency and excellent surface gloss like mirror. Excellent color stability with pigments

* Cured without ripples, wrinkles, no bubbles, fast curing.

* After drying,with high hardness as stones of D85. Can polish after drying.
