Pearlescent Powder Metallic Pigments
Designed to be field blended with our100% solids clear Epoxy,when the metallic particles are mixed with epoxy they give the coating a shine that reflects light and creates eye-catching dramatic effects.
1) Floor Coating
Metallic epoxy floor coatings are a hot new trend that is slowly finding its way into the home as a very high tech and exotic looking flooring option. These coatings create a glossy and deep looking floor with a variety of differentcolors and visual effects. Some even create a beautiful three-dimensional appearance that gives the illusion of craters,ripples, and swirling rivers of metallic looking plasma.
As beautiful and stunning as these floors look, they are considered a high performance floor coating that is designed to last for years. For the first coat our waterbased epoxy primer needs to be installed. We recommend applying a tinted primer and find that black makes the metallic colors pop. The second coat involves the actual Designer Metallic Epoxy coat, followed by a third coat of clear epoxy on top.
